Directions

1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2

Cube your drained and very dry tofu. Place in a ziploc bag with the oil and cornstarch. Shake the bag until all the pieces of tofu are coated.

3

Place tofu in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for an additional 5-10 minutes until nice and golden brown.

4

While tofu is baking, make the orange sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients (minus the cornstarch) in a large wok on medium heat. Once the sauce is boiling, take a little bit of the sauce in a bowl and combine it with the cornstarch to create a slushy. Add back to wok and boil sauce again.

5

After about 4-5 minutes of the sauce boiling and once the tofu is baked, add in the tofu and stir together. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, and/or sesame seeds. Enjoy over rice!
