Sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together and set aside.
Cream the butter and sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy. I do this in a stand mixer to make it easier. Mix in eggs and vanilla extra .
Add in the dry ingredients to your mixture. Mix until you no longer see any dry flour. Do not over mix.
Add in the toasted walnuts, dark chocolate shavings, and bittersweet chocolate chips. Mix until all the toppings are incorporated throughout the batter.
Scoop batter using ice cream scoop onto baking tray and freeze for half and hour to an hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake cookies for 14-16 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy warm!
