Directions
Mix the chicken with the yogurt, all the spices, and lemon juice.
On a griddle pan set to medium, grill your chicken until both sides are done (about 4-5 minutes on each side). Internal temperature of the chicken should be about 165 degree F.
Slice the chicken into strips once the chicken is done and has cooled down.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray bottoms of the naans and place on a wire rack on top of a baking tray. Then rub the tops of the naan with a garlic clove. To assemble naan pizza spread 2 tbsp of marinara sauce , then place the chicken, and top with cilantro and cheese. If you have other toppings you would like, add them before you add the cheese.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, then on the broil setting, broil until the cheese is nice and golden (about 3-4 minutes). Take out of the oven and let it settle for a few minutes before enjoying!
