Place the kale and cabbage slaw in a big bowl. Top with pepitas and cranberry.

In a separate small bowl, mix all the salad dressing ingredients until the dressing is nice and smooth.

Top salad with dressing, mix well, and enjoy!

½ cup veganaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp sugar (I used Monkfruit sweetener)
