I love a good, filling breakfast. This Quinoa Berry Bowl is a great way to start your morning right. Make double or even triple the batch so that you have breakfast for a few days. I love having this bowl warm while the sun is still coming up and it's a little bit chilly. Yum!
In a small sauce pan, bring your milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a simmer. Add the quinoa and cook on low for 20-22 mins or until all the liquid is evaporated.
Place the quinoa in a bowl and top with desired fruits and other toppings. Sprinkle cinnamon, drizzle honey, and top with milk. Enjoy warm!
