Have you noticed everything around this time of year is pumpkin flavored?! I thought I would join in on the fun by making my first ever post and video on a pumpkin flavored granola! This is perfect for breakfast or even a quick snack and the best part is that it’s customizable to your own taste buds. It’s so easy to make, you will never buy the store stuff again!

Dry
 2 rolled oats (old-fashioned)
 0.25 cup ground flaxseeds
 1 tbsp chia seeds
0.50 cup dried fruit (goji berries, blueberries, & cranberries)
0.50 cup chopped nuts (almond, cashews, walnut, pistachio, & hazelnut)
0.25 cup seeds (pumpkin & sunflower)
Wet
 0.25 cup pure pumpkin puree
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Spices
 1.50 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 1 tsp cinnamon
 0.25 tsp nutmeg
 of salt
1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2

Combine all the dry ingredients.

3

Whisk the wet ingredients together. It is okay for the mixture to have lumps as long as everything is mixed together.

4

Add the spices to the wet ingredients and mix well.

5

Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and stir well so that everything is coated with the “sauce” that you created in step 4.

6

Lay out your granola in a single layer on a large foil covered cookie sheet.

7

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, making sure to stir once in the middle to bake evenly.

8

Let sit for at least 10 minutes to crisp up before enjoying!
