Directions
Soak the dates for about 5 minutes in warm water.
In a food processor, pulse the almonds until they are a fine powder. Do not over process the almonds or they will turn into almond butter.
Drain and add the dates and dried cherries to the food processor. Pulse until everything comes together in your food processor.
Place the mixture in a plastic wrapped loaf pan and press down so that everything is in a even layer.
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Take out of the loaf pan and cut them into bars. Enjoy!
