Directions

1

Blend your aromatics (cilantro, onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili) in a food procession. Take a clean kitchen cloth or cheese cloth and place your blended aromatics on the cloth. Squeeze out all the excess water so that the mixture is completely dry.

2

Add the blended mixture to your ground beef along with all the spices (chili, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper). Blend everything together really well.

3

Take a cup to a cup and half of the beef mixture and start wrapping it around your kebab stick. Make sure to have a bowl of water nearby so that you can dip your hands in it and really shape the meat around the stick (watch the video for directions on how to do this).

4

Preheat grill to about 350 degrees. Set the heat on medium and spray the grill with some oil spray. Place the Kebabs right on the grill and grill for 30 seconds on each side. Once all the sides have grill marks, place the front end of your stick in the back grate of your grill and close the lid of the grill for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure to check your grill occasionally so that the flame does not get to high since the fat is draining right into it from the kebabs.

5

Once the kebabs are done, let rest for at least 5 minutes. The kebabs should slide right off the stick. Garnish with some cilantro and enjoy!
