Try this out the next time you are craving pizza instead of ordering out!Deep Dish Tomato PizzaPeople find making pizza dough from scratch scary and hard, but I am here to show you that it's not true. It can be eaten as an appetizer, lunch, or dinner! I love how fresh the salad is on top and how light you feel after eating it. It comes together so easily! I figured it was easy enough to make in the Instant Pot and I was right. This dish was very flavorful, required very few ingredients, and came together very easily! I had it on top of some quinoa for a perfectly balanced dinner! Definitely, recommend my version, not authentic by any means, but still delicious!Balinese Coconut Chicken CurryBalinese cooking I found while in Ubud, Bali was very similar to Thai cooking in that you have to create a paste for the curry. However, the slight variations make this curry unique in it's own way. I absolutely loved this Be Siap Mesanten Kare Ayam aka Coconut Chicken Curry! The flavors are so bold and unique that I promise it won't disappoint!Desi Vegetable CurryThis Desi Vegetable Curry is bursting with flavor. The cumin seeds or jeera that you fry right in the beginning is absolute key to this recipe. You can taste the flavor all the way through! I love making a big batch of this curry at events because it's so easy and such a crowd-pleaser! Try it out yourself, you won't regret it!Panang CurryI learned how to make an authentic Panang Curry in Thailand at the Asia Scenic cooking school and it was the highlight of my trip! To be able to learn how to make the curry paste from scratch is something that I have always wanted to do. This is the best Panang Curry that I have ever made and it's definitely because of the homemade Panang Curry paste! You must give this curry a try!Boot / Kala Chana CholaBoot/Kala Chana Chola was something that I wasn't really a fan of growing up, but after realizing how nostalgic it was to Ramadan, I started really appreciating the dish. Now I love it! It's one of my favorite staple iftar items. I absolutely must make it with potatoes because it really adds a nice thicker consistency to the gravy/jhol! Make it for your next iftar!Bengali Egg Curry – Dimir JholI love curries! I love trying new curries in different countries because everyone does it so differently! This Bengali Egg Curry or Dimir Jhol is something that I grew up eating. My mom made it with a ton of the broth or jhol or sometimes she would make it very dry. Either way this recipe is so easy and delicious that you have to give it a try if you love curries as much as me!
