Pineapple Chicken Skewers

Directions

Dice the chicken in square pieces and mix with the marinade. Let marinade in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight if possible.

Soak skewer stick in water for about 20 mins. Then feed through chicken, bell pepper, pineapple chunks, and onions in a pattern. Keep making skewers until chicken runs out. You may have some veggies left over that you can throw into a stir fry later.

Preheat grill to medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Spray with oil and place chicken skewers on one side for about 4-5 minutes. Once all the chicken is on the grill, brush on the leftover marinade on the chicken skewers. Close the lid and let cook.

Once 4-5 minutes has passed, flip chicken skewers to other side, and brush on remaining marinade. Close lid and cook for additional 4-5 minutes. Take off the girl once done and enjoy!
