Marinade shrimp in pesto sauce for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Soak wooden skewers if using wooden for at least 2 hours if using outside grill. Feed marinated shrimp through the skewer, then a tomato. Repeat until you end with your fourth and final shrimp. You should end up with 8 skewers.
Grill on medium heat, each side of the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp has a pale pink color. Enjoy hot off the grill!
