Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Dry roast in a single layer on your baking tray your cleaned pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes.

Mix all your spices together.

Take out the pumpkin seeds from the oven and place in a bowl. Spray the seeds a few time with your spray and mix your spices in. Make sure all the seeds are covered in the spices and return to your baking tray. Bake for another 25 minutes at 300 degrees F. Broil for the last 5 minutes, but watch carefully so they don't burn.
