Directions
Melt butter and BBQ sauce over low heat.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Create a dredging station by dipping each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, shake off excess, and cover with flower.
Spray the top with oil on a baking tray. Place one batch of the cauliflower florets in the air fryer on the side that is already sprayed, and then spray the other side. We want to make sure all sides are sprayed. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, giving it a good shake in the middle. Repeat until all batches of the cauliflower is done.
Once a all batches are done, place in a big bowl and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the cauliflower bites. Mix until all the pieces are coated with BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
